not everyone has the shutara set tho bro.. take hori for example lol.. when i seen what she was using on a 140+... i cried a little lol.. poor girl hasnt got the 120 set from csb yet .. which i urge her to do as soon as she gets 2k stones.
mostly f2p users will still need those nope
f2p and low level players can get that material from guild chest and daily quest's chests F2p ppl should farm coupons and spend only during visored (11k for lvl 120 set), another set in CSB and Reio gives Cyclone set..It takes time, yes, but it can be done..
