I have sent 3 emails thru online support  since the first day of UBP no reply no action still no Hiki  I have seen people on forum that have already received Hiki

no I didn't  I figured that's was what support was for
this isn't the first problem  I've had just the first time ive reported one not sure how it works  or doesn't
