everyone is having the same problem with you. Nobody got a clue whether its supposed to be working or not. The only reward we are getting is the arena ranking that auto send the spirit stone box to you. Like shawn said just because you paid doesnt mean you get special attention from the admin/support. Cause for christ sake those admin/support dont give a damn to anyone whether you're a free to play or a freaking vip10 lol
People with high lvl vip lodged complaints but they never bothered to reply them even after months. So just S**K it up and move on ;P
