Sorry but are you stupid? No, f2p don't get daily 30 exc frag, dumbass. I have when dumb people keeps saying crap! Players have a CHANCE in a RANDOM system to receive 30 exc frags everyday. It's different! We can go days and even weeks without receiving that 30 random exc frags even once! It's randomized! They get 10k in sign-in rewards only ONCE in the whole game, yes. You have any idea how much time a f2p need to get that bar reached to the max in order to exchange that 1k exc frag? Takes forever! Unless you are already a high level go gets a load silver everyday and even then, takes forever!

propably kyoraku is T1 and hirako is close to 150% block rate
