Dodge Talent OP?

For a talent that massively increases evasion to the point that the player hit rate hits zero almost every time, maybe there should be more of a cooldown between enemy uses of this? If not, all that happens is the battle ends up timing out and it's an auto lose if they get this talent off, it just seems like it's heavily unbalanced considering they can reactivate it before the previous use has even timed out.

dodge be it from stones/talent/skill is "op" as you say in the early to mid game, after that its the most useless attribute even though by all means in pvp the theory behind dodge is very good, sadly once your enemys start to get hit rate past 200% dodge rapidly losses its use

so enjoy it or hate it for the moment

That may be the case late game, but early game it's like a stonewall at times, the moment they activate it that's it, you can't win, that's why at the very least I'm not saying get rid of it, but perhaps implement a cooldown of at least one or two rounds between it's timeout and next activation.
