he used to be on 7th day of reio guardian for 15 oetsu tokens, this one depends on luck but if you beat 2 first stages (kirinji and hiki) in janken and auto-win 3 next ones you can get 1 token for 180 gold so hyorin for 2700 gold is relistic goal, you can get him for more or less of course depending on your luck but even with terrible luck it shouldn't be more than 3600, the only problem is that rewards and their prices changed some time ago and I'm not 100% sure whether hyorin is still on 7th day (although I'm almost sure that he is still reward there) and if his price remained the same :Q so it's kind of risky, if you can afford it better take him from ultra hero :D
