Reincarnation is a bad tradeoff at early to mid game, dont get me wrong reincartion bonuses are vey good since they work in pve aswell but in Tournament of Throne if you are reincarnated u will face the most powerfull enemys in your server group, for example in my ToT i get in the reincarnated braket folks from server 97 or 87 all the way up to server 226, and they be frikkin monsters :lol, so unless u plan to divert ur salary directly to this game, dont rush to reincarnate and lose so nice extra things u get in ToT
shini agent still good for the extra xp and the easy clearing of zanp/main evo/reinc stones CoM
shutara shop is the option to reforge ultimate sets from Cyclone to pudo, sorry dont really know all the ultimate sets names,
as asian said, Bargain Sale and Bankai Power are prolly the best events for top ups under 100$

That clears up a lot of things, if not for your advice I'm 100% I would reincarnate the moment I would be able to, so kudos to you and the Asian person above (xD).
