if u have hiki go for byakuya the skill is very good, but imo ikaku is very good on pve with kisuke and cute and the fury reduction is preatty good
maybe is better go for byakuya and give him exclusive  30/35

usually takes me 2 - 3 months to get 10k vit, but atm been focused on doing Hiki evo
