Ishida Ryuken
Hey all!! So I know no one really uses Ishida Ryuken and he isn't a super popular character but I was wondering if anyone else who possibly had him experienced similar problems cranking up the dodge. I don't actually use him myself but my brother does and we have calculated his dodge rate to be roughly 140 before skill yet his information page shows him as having dramatically less dodge rate.Let me know what you all think!!
??? thats strange all i can say is level 12 dodges across the board for ryuuken you should consider also max modifiers to last mod with poison last modifier work towards each modifier does up dodge rate higher? thats all i can say i load up my ryuuken he carry my squad lol with koga kuchiki ( -%100 hit rate to enemies aura) he might become intouchable. Well that's the end goal that he is going for but our issue is that he isn't able to go past 127.4% dodge. Whether we add higher stones or even modify his equipment for the small dodge bonuses he caps out at 127.4 as if the only thing that is allowed to go past the 90% cap is his mods and evo.
We theorize this because if you add the 30% from first two mods you go from a 90% cap to 120% and then his evo bonus at the moment is 7.4% totaling 37.4% bonus. If that's true than a 90% (capped) + 37.4% = 127.4%. However, shouldn't his first mod remove that cap from being any issue?

let me explain this simply... no mater what happens, if you add up the total % from stones and equipment bonuses, it cannot exceed 90%, period...
however mods, evo, and bonds CAN and WILL go over 90%
you need more dodge on him? fully mod him, do some mod swapping, fully evo him, and bond him hard
he should cap out around 250% I believe... put him with a well modded koga to cut enemies hit rate by 100%... there are other ways too, play around to find them!!
if the mod removed the cap alltogether, my TSI would have around 200%+ block rate at this point, lol oh how my party would change if it really did remove the cap altogether, lol

If that is true than how do I see some other people such as Noza with like 170% block rate?
In theory, with mod and evo he should only be able to 90 + 29 (Mod and Evo max bonuses combined) for a 119 block rate.
With bond included, 119 + 17 only amounts to 136 MAX block rate.
This excludes possibility of titles if those can put you past this cap but that is way to big of a gap to cover. Some things just aren't adding up
