hueco mundo does not work and home cd time konso girlfriend etc after a day does not reset... please help

yes home ... not work for 2 day's but 3 rd day staff fix home problem :)

yestarday staff reset CD of all instance from home was great but today the same problem
home is block again all instance from there Girlfrend konso lucky cat etc not reset
and hueco mundo when you click your screen get blocked
please fix this problem
my server is EU 533 name in game Exequtor
