Noza or Demon?

Should i keep demon ichigo as my VG or should i get Noza?

If you are using Hyorinmaru as zanpaktou go for Noza.

if u have good assaulter-supporter setup u should keep demon. if u dont have good other partners, you can go with noza and focus him only. but ofc i highly recommend you to use hyorinmaru if u decide to get noza.

Noza is a great vang but needs real love...  and hyorin helps too, lol

if you aren't going to put a spearhead on him, I'd probably stick with ichi, if you want a hard blocking monster you can get good rewards from by loading up with goods,  Noza may be your man

Look im using Tensa Zangetsu so im not sure
My supporters and assaulters are kinda good

Noza will still be good bc you don't have dmg reductions on van but he won't shine unless you stack him. I'd honestly just sick to demon if you plan on keeping your term balanced. And ya that teams decent
