Weapon Enhance Bug

I've had a strange thing happen lately.  One of my assaulter weapons used to have Blooksucking(5% damage done returns as heal) and I changed it a few weeks ago to Steadfast(4% Def).  I changed it back to Bloodsucking shortly after and the game went down for an update.  I noticed a few days later I wasn't getting heals from attacks and found it reverted back to Steadfast, so I changed it to bloodsucking again.  I looked at it again today and it is back to Steadfast.  Has anyone else noticed weapon enchants changing like that?

Did you upgrade in Shutara shop? I know it refreshes refines, but dunno if it does it to enchants

advance in shutara shop doesn't change weapon enchant

The weapon has been Windchaser (lvl140) for a while, so it hasn't been advanced.  I still have some red enchant stones(14), but it rarely lands on Bloodsucking on the first try.
