On the issue at hand. It depends on your setup and your opponents setup whether or not she sucks.
Well it's a purely pvp zan meant to counter rj so ya it's supposed to suck pve I think they are referring to the fact that kyoka is bugged. For instance, if you watch the recent ToT match between Hayase and Star, Hayase loses because even though he's slower and his kyoka goes off last, which visually clears all debuffs, his Muken is apparently still under chaos and kills himself :lol Zeta75 replied at 2017-10-26 05:42 static/image/common/back.gif

its posible on 1st round star kyoka to hited hashwalth and hayase kyoka to hited toshiro they are imnun but after that was wtf :D
