It's not letting me reply to this thread for some reason... I explained how to dispute charges... Not sure what words i used that were filtered. but basically you need to talk to your credit card company and it will only go back 6 months. I would advise you to do your best to contact support first though, and be willing to potentially be barred from adding gold in the bleach game.
