From Spirit stones you only put 90% .
If you put like 120% bdf you still get 90% bdf because stone limit is 90%.

Yep, talent, refine, gear, title, rank and stone are capped at 90%.

It's the same rule as for the vanguard, the partners have an unlimited amount of hit rate (220~400%+) and break are limited to 95~130% (endgame numbers ! May be easier to dodge than blocking at lower levels). If you want a dodge team you need a very specific team (Gamuza, Koga and shits...) that can reach over 350~400% dodge, it's unadvised as you need the entire team alive and if that's not the case well your tactic has failed already lol, good for PvE ? Dodge and Block have 30% only in 12 lvl. ;)
