Any Idea When The New Support Will Be Out? and Team Comp Questions.

I'm having a hard time deciding whether or not to continue building my current team (Bankai Kenny, Main, Bankai Yama, Toshi, ?) or wait and see what kind of Modify and Bonds the Support will have with HVI, because depending on what they add or change on the Support he might end up being faster and stronger than Toshi correct? Also not sure what the meta is atm since I quit in later 2016, but 1-3-1 seems pretty amazing nowadays running a Bankai Kenny + Main + Yhwach + Bankai Yama + Toshi or perhaps replace Yhwach with HVI.
As far as cost goes, that's not a problem as I play on VN and always have around 200k-400k Gold at all times. So looking for input on the best PVP team in the current/near future meta if possible. I just don't want to make the same mistake I did before and get a full Zero Division Team to then just a few months later have them be not good enough (Toshi and Yoruichi and even Yhwach were quite a bit stronger/faster, couldn't keep up). Next new partner is Kokuto,i prolly believe he is ass,but why run ywa+byama?(when byama's 4 mod decrease dmg)
Why you dont wanna Hasc,he is good at pvp for healing,but if there some has toshiro,then dont buy him,and there is b.shunsui kyoraku,his skill is to decrease dmg to partner who has most dmg(strength,kido) (idk how much,like counter muken so he can't one shoot your whole team,lets say he will deal 5 dmg). Wait that translation is accurate? Getting the 4th modify and using both partners actually makes them weaker? That's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Who thought that was a good idea....well then nevermind that one. I thought it was a mistranslation and it meant having them both would reduce the enemy team damage and attack by 30% (probably what it should actually be). Then I would run HVI instead of Yhwach.
