In order to get ubp you need to have atleast 6k vit prior to the event starting .. and be vip 6 and purchase max vits each day. I have done it with 6k to get 40k crystals but it cost me over 2k coupons .. which I got back with visored so it worked out I guess. even got fury stones from reio during the vit spending, but i had 6400 vit . that is why i said you need atleast 6k and coupons  :)

And will I have 6k coupons at the start of UBP? Considering i'm vip3 buying vitality 4 times in a day?
