Well I just saw that for tommorow cyclon set you need 18 tokens. Isnt that too much? Everyone says that cyclone costs 5 tokens so ? When should I expect this price?

yes the cyclone is cheaper, but you get almost no accuchi for the upgrade (I think like 5 per piece ...

dark emperor is better for sure, but then again, Pudo sets are much better again, however, if you aren't getting it free, the price difference between a cyclone set and a dark emperor set jumps up a whole additional price level...  if the OP is looking into buying a cyclone set, I just assumed that buying the inferno set was already pushing the budget
