Well I personally believe that by red swimsuits the character quality (red) was implied. Mostly because if it was really the color of the swimsuits then there wouldnt really be much to choose from :D Pretty much only smart nanao, yachiru and kukaku. Kukaku is still a bit too good I think for ubp so that would leave nanao and yachiru. Nanao quality sucks compared to what we got during the last few ubps so I dont think they would put her in there and yachiru, while perfectly viable, simply sucks so I hope that is not the case :D
In case of red quality partners with swimsuits the selections is much better and most of them are pretty decent (except yachiru) and not really common because they are either only good at one thing pvp/pve or people who could afford them before are now using better partners for the same purpose -> Hash instead of unohana.
Of course this is purely speculation on my part but I believe that this scenario is more likely to happen.
I am personally hoping for Shy Nemu. Kukaku would of course be great but as I said. I think she is still not an ubp material considering most top tier players are still widely using her.
