quincie uryu for pve
was just randomly scrolling through the exclusives skills and yes i know muken is a lot better but with his exclusive he comes pretty far i'd say 500%damage and and 70%fury (so basically 100%) his mods give 12%damage and 20%critdamage if you are f2p and can't get muken he seems like the second best choice to have inn you're pve setup:owhat do you guys think about it?
