How to get Shikai's Soul title?

It says own any shikai or above quality zanpakutou so what do I do? Cultivate a zanpakuto to shikai??
Because I just did. I have two different characters and they both have cultivated to shikai... so help please.

You need to have one zanpakuto in bankai stage

No... Dat is reiatsu, u have to cultivate with souls dat u get from soul hunt, in zanpakuto window
