Here's mine.. I haven't used her for a while but shes going back into the formation. Also you're WAYYY ahead of us modding wise haha.
I have to admit I kinda regret buying her when I first got her. (20k in the Thanksgiving event) She had more use for PVE rather than PVP, but I fell in love with her again a few days ago after seeing that new Unohana and finally being able to play the formation I want to play. Currently combining her with Urahara for T1 fury and fury regeneration of course. Huge boost for PVP even though shes missing at least 6-8 levels. The speed in the picture is without any agility stones, damage is from the level 100 cyclone set and 6 level 8 stones.

i have very less speed on my shini yorui, but i am in the process of getting her speed to the max, slowly slowly esp with the hollow soul map. i am balancing out players
my kisuke and gin have max speed 129k and 114k respectively. my main has 87k speed and my poor yorui has only 69k. once i balance out the hollow map stuff, i will give her my main's speed gear/jades etc, then she should be fast enough. am just taking it slow as of now.

yeah, i am using her for ES/ryoka too . i give my main's gear to sexy yoruichi and vg gear to main. then i have kisuke and rukia the fury ppl to give my team t1 fury and i am liking it.
awesome stats there esp with the atk/speed and lvl 100 ultimate gear. i have a set waiting for her to use, just got to lvl 105 seretei so saving up water enough and then will upgrade my lvl 80 ultimate on her to lvl 100 ultimate. with the 50 coupons i get from daily task i am planning to do one reset per day for her.

Crit chance and crit damage seem awesome, not to mention the last mod even though that will take a LONG time to get. True endgame char however.
IN the long term she's definitly an endgmae chars, i still need to nurture her and the lack of gold to mod her faster will refrain me, as for now i managed to t1 her thks to urahara and beefed urahara to stay for at least 4 rounds and take on 2 lvl10 skills in batlle so he can feed her fury faster; the problem i need to lvl her crits more sinc she barely crits with a 40% :L

In my regret no, i never could have it always fighting with monsters, before or after merge. the only thing is to lvl up my crits with stones. Anyway i'm close to get the first star on her then i'll have to use some gold if the next event shows up again orelse i'll replace her for the time being.
My team is this; sajin (close to take shin zaraki) main shini yoru, urahara and gin
Thks to her t1 and gin stun i can put down some 1mill bp and more but nnot all yet, my rei bp is 940K
