Payment worked then not for the next.

I made a payment to for $5 it worked and i got my gold. However i paid $10 twice and it didnt go threw saying error but i still got charged for it but no gold. i should have 800 gold as well. Will I get my gold in the future, or no sad face? :(

its the same thing happened to me, on my second top up, i didn't receive any gold :(
