How do they know which transactions we got gold and which was declined and we didn't? I had so many transactions being VIP 8, almost VIP 9, that I had several that was declined and paid no attention to, and had several that was a success.

You should add payment by paypal as this is much faster and more reliable than the ones currently being used. I have been awaiting almost 2 hours for my gold to come through.

my payment has been declined and I lost the money. As you said that our money will be back at the end of the month which is too late but ok. what about the Amopay Issue when its will be fixed !?

Note: If we are not going take our money until the end of month  and we wont even get the gold that's mean we will lose our chance to get the benefit from the event that going to end in 3-5 days so you should consider this too -_-

Funny, you take a customers money, give nothing in return, tell us we will get our money back next month, and then thank us for the support, while offering nothing to the customer besides a thanks for the loan.   I will not be a paying customer of your company any longer, not that it seems you care judging by the number of complaints on the payment system you are getting and the lack of response.

They don't think you're lying. The admins know there are issues with AmoPay, again they are working with them to resolve the issues. GoGames does not have your money, AmoPay does is my understanding, though I'll check and confirm.

AmoPay has it, not GoGames. AmoPay will refund it if  it was declined and still taken out.

Again, they are working with AmoPay to resolve this issue. What's being done or discussed is above my head, but if I hear anything trust me, I'll let people know. I'm only a moderator helping the staff out, nor do I speak for the admins.

As I've stated in another thread, the way the system works, you send your payment to AmoPay, or PaymentWall, they receive your money, once it's processed it's sent to GoGames, once GoGames has it, they credit you with your gold. That's straight from the support staff. AmoPay has not sent GoGames the money, due to AmoPay declining because of it's Risk Control System. Why they still took the money out is beyond me, and that's on AmoPay, again I'm only a community operator for the forums. When I find something out that's new information I'll let you guys know.

I totally understand, I know it's frustrating! AmoPay got me the same way

Just know it's being worked on, and they are indeed trying to solve this issue.

Also any problems with Amopay or Paymentwall are completly GoGames responsibility, we are customers of GoGames and they utilize those two, issues do not pass on to another, its not grade school and you can't point fingers when it involves money.

This is the problem of Americans Rude as fucking hell, people trying to help and explain and there's always Someone that get a bad idea and start putting names on people. Is there a reason i had to come here to find out why my money was stolen? There was no warning when i went to top up with amopay that my money would be straight up stolen which is exactly what this is. When you pay for goods or services they are supposed to be supplied if they are not I do not believe any company has the right to continue holding your money if they are not gonna give you the goods you payed for. They are obligated to return your money as soon as possible or they are breaking laws. I topped up twice with amopay today and they took my money and i still have no gold. As for the people that they have not returned your money from purchases I would advise lawsuits against both amopay and gogames i understand amopay is the main culprit here but gogames is using false advertisement by having a company that is stealing money as a way to pay for there services. Amopay does not have the right to keep your money unless they give you the goods they received the money for and why is this still a payment option when this problem was announced over a month ago.
