Hello Everyone,

I just want to start a discussion on the level of Costumer Service you have recieved during your time playing Bleach Online. Feel free to share your experience!

I am coming from a game with better than average customer service, even for a browser game. Here it is virtually non-existent.

They have a customer support? Lol. Didn't even realize. xD
And also, well, I've not really encountered anything to merit customer support but I'd have to say there's alot of unhappy customers around. xD

[email protected] is the email for support. Normally takes 24-48 hours for a response, responses seem to be copy and pastes of a generic answer.

Given they probably don't have the staff to get through thousands of emails.

I just witnessed something in world chat that I found extremely disturbing.  An argument broke out on server 1 and it was 1 player vs. another guild.  They bantered back and forth for a bit, nothing serious, and mildly amusing.  Then a mod comes in and starts banning people that continue to talk in world chat which is ridiculous.  He also happens to be in the guild of the players that were being attacked.  Is this "customer service" you're referring too?  That's just blatant abuse of power, which is completely stupid.  No one was being hurt, or verbally abused in any way, just silly banter - which breeds competition, something that's good for games.  It's not like a lot can take place with the chat limit that's inherent in the game anyways....  Total B.S., if you choose mods like this and let them abuse their power to protect their own guilds, then you've got a long way to go before you provide a reasonable level of "customer service."

What a joke.

atm seems like that because a lot of complains about missing gold, money charge and 0 gold (happened to me twice) a lot of bugs, missing functions and things like that bro i really hope this gonna change because they didnt answer to one important thread, only easy threads. and this game have a lot of potential

btw how many days since the lv gift pack and the 40 daily vit?? and no single answer about that

The reason for this is, I'm the only one posting about it, and I'm just side help. But at the same time, it's been answered many many many many times about the AmoPay issues and it get's frustrating repeating it, especially when Charlie has a pinned thread about it.

I've also answered about the lvl gift pack and daily vit, I was told directly it would be fixed this weekend, I'm not sure the hold up. I have not seen/spoken to them in 2 days as they have not been around in my reach. When I find information out, I'll be sure to post it
