HI. Need help in Bankai Power. I have 2 steps/moves that it will not let me use. Buttons are gray and won't let me click them. Please fix. Thanks so much.

Was waiting a couple days before registering. Don't have the A team achievement yet was going to go for it this go round. Am on there now.
