I am sure most didnt know, but HVI blocks do 300% dmg since his it is his normal attack

with the new Byakuya he's OP

It does, but like usual, the damage increases when the fury is over 100.

Fix that and maybe I'd consider buying Byakuya at an actually reasonable price.

HIV still has the potential to kill Muken first round and, if not Muken, the supports boosting his defense.

You can use the invincibility trick with Shinigami Kensei, but that just means one less useful partner on your side to either buff speed or defense. In that case, just use both Muken and HIV lol
