Agility 20%, Wisdom 30%, Avoid Injury 20%

Attack all enemies, dealing 150% damage. Generate toxic effect, growth rate is 300% for 2 rounds, and decrease all enemies's Avoid Injury rate by 40% for 2 rounds, restore own fury by 35.

Attack all enemies, dealing 150% damage. Decrease defense of the enemy with highest HP by 70% for 2 rounds, decrease all enemies's Avoid Injury rate by 50% for 2 rounds, restore all allies' fury by 35.

1. Immune Silence, Fury Reduction
2. Speed 22%
3. Add extra 20% Kido Attack( If Valkyrie and Askin are lined up in the same formation, increase both Valkyrie Avoid Injury rate by 40% )
4. When attacked, cause toxic effect on the target for 2 rounds.
5. When killed, add 100% Defense and Damage Immunity Rate to allies for 2 rounds
6. Increase own vanguard HP limit by 30%
7. Each round increase allies' Avoid Injury rate by 30%, lasting for 20 rounds

HVI is insane, before exclusive the damage is close to Muken's output (I observed it myself in void) and with exclusive, he might be able to be on par and sometimes outdamage Muken.

Unfortunately, his exclusive skill is still bugged in Void Region.

He does well against anyone in Void except for Zero Division team because fury deduction immune Hikifune.

immune rate is the stat measured against damage rate

Avoid Injury Rate and Immune Rate are the same, don't read "Avoid Injury" as a name but as a set of word like... You're avoiding the injuries from a disease, a synonym of the immunity... You get it.
