Yo guys! I was wondering what is the reiatsu requirement for you to lvl your Zanpakuto to Hogyoku Kai. I heard there was a requirement, if there isn't one, please enlightened me on this subject.

For Hogyoku-kai your Reiatsu has to be level 40. I checked in the Chinese server
