I don't think its only Ulquiorra, I saw someone happened to have a problem with Grimmijow as well.

I haven't seen that one, but I don't think gogames, will fix it because they do not take good care of their servers.

I think they wont let anyone mod the swp people till they are full upgraded. i have the same problem with vg ken. I am not entirely sure though of course.

Well, all I can tell you is that it is not implemented into the game yet. And don't expect gogames to say anything they do not care about their players.
Its not a bug they just haven't put in the ablity for you to modify them. Still don't know why they haven't considering you can fix it with a single line of script
