With Kiuske's his 5th mod, you can T1 him with 6 stones that all give 10% (level 5 stones) to T1 him...  if he is faster than someone else on your team, that person only needs 1x level 5 (10%) and 5x level 4 (8%)...  this can be further reduced with weapon enchants, mods, and evo...

might I ask a few questions...

first off, why are you not running T1 off of Kiuske?  (fully modded he's dirt cheap to T1, and if he's T1 and faster than someone else, they can be T1 dirt cheap as well)

second, do you have any T1 on your team?

third,  surely you have another assaulter to pull your vang for in daily events, right?

might I suggest a tavern Kenpachi, CSB Kenpachi, Zabi Renji, or someone else with high damage %, and either a block gain, fury gain, or something else like that

Yeah, I know, and I get it, however if you were talking about going for KS the zanpacto, it's better for Noza than Hyorin, even with all the regeneration that Hyorin gives to Noza...

however if you were talking about KS the partner, the gear should be more valuable to you than he is...

if you wern't going for KS the zanpacto, Hyroin will for sure do well enough with Noza

KS partner < 4x sets of 130 gear all day long, no mater the situation

hope that helps
and having a 130 set of acc along side a 120 set of accessories is a good plan!!
