Hogu Breakthrough event

Looks interesting, i just checked but couldn't figure out how this works . It doesn't accept lvl 0, max lvl or any lvl in between hogus of mine.
lvl 0 to max-2 - cannot upgrade hogu with max level
lvl max-1  current hogu has already reached highest tier


Any idea how this works?


Edit: imo, don't even attempt a try at this event.

Have you tried taking them off of your characters before putting them in for the upgrade. It says to do that in the event info i believe.

yeah thats how i tried the high lvl ones, thats when it gave the already reached highest tier message. i tried even tier 3-5 like mentioned, not sure how it works.

the one in that image is of tier/quality 4.

but then this upgrade from the image shows that it does a step by step upgrade ,which is a waste imo. better do trial and upgrade slowly cos anyways the extra attributes is not worth the gold being spent for this event.
and the other enhance talisman spl discount you get for
180g - 1
400g - 5
700g - 10

this also is a waste of gold imo.

This event is nice if you already have a higher level Hogu and a ton of Talisman, if not don't bother.

the level of the new hogu reduces by 1, and it looks like the increase ain't that significant for the gold being spent
