So you could just... take a Level 140 onto a brand new server full of level 1s?

Maybe in the future, but i doubt, they would rather close down the game like they did with Pockie Ninja than do something troublesome like that xD

Will never ever happen - they will probably introduce cross server fights though but never full transfer unless they merge server
