Not sure without seeing the fight, but maybe u have to analyse the battle a bit.

For example ...

- are u slower or faster
- try to change the speed of ur healer so he will heal at another time
- try a vanguard zanpakuto jizo or tengen myoo or go for full dmg with zabimaru
- try to stun with yuruichi, when u have her instead of retsuo

...

maybe u will see, that u have no chance at all and need to wait 1 or 2 level to clear.

its still easy there is ppl use lvl 60 armor can win without use vang only use uno, main, gin - or u can do ura-uno and he without T1.
