Cant upgrade to 11th div capt from 11 div lieutenant.. I do have more than enough prestige to get to the next rank but it seems like the upgrade button cant be clicked I don't know the reason for that..

You are probably reading it wrongly. But if you are not then empty your browser cache and cookies and try again.
