i got 1 from 110 instance 2 from 90-100 instance 0 from 80 but 1 from 70 :x got 3 or 4 different things. and curious what it is. since options only shows ''show and sell''

how does this work? my menos and giant masked creepy smiled mod souls are at lv 30 but the upgrade bar doesn't light up even if i have 20k?

You need fragments for upgrade too.
