Hey guys,
as probably most of you have already seen the Pet Feature/Mod Soul has been implanted and I thought that I should try my hands on a guide since quite a few people seem to have problems with the new feature or don't really understand it yet. Though I have to say that there are a few things I myself do not fully understand yet ^^.

First of all an Overview of the Mod Soul Feature, as you can see there are 4 features, which I will explain now.
Number 1 : The Interaction "fountain"
Here you can get 10 Mod Soul Pills every 10 Minutes. You can use this feature 5x and you can buy further chances for 20 Gold. The Mod Soul Pills are necessary for upgrading your Pet, but I will go into further detail later on.
Number 2 : Mod Soul's Hut

This is the feature where you can use your acquired Mod Soul Pills ( One Pill gives 10 Exp) . The Mod Soul you choose here is the pet that floats around you it gives the Bonus to your whole team unlike the Synthesized Mod Souls further down in Number 3.

You can upgrade your Mod Soul in the "Activate" tab , for that a certain level is required. For the Type I and Type II Mod Souls your plain "Mod Soul" has to be Level 10. And as you can see in the picture to get the one in the middle after that your Type I and Type II Mod Soul both have to be on Level 20.
If you want to go for the Mod Soul on the right side, the Spiderman Mod Soul, only your Type II Mod Soul has to be Level 20. The right side of the Mod Souls focuses on Kido Att/Def and the left on Physical Att/Def with the ones in the middle having the best of both worlds.
The Reset Skillpoints function gives you, as it states, a certain amount of Exp in Mod Soul Pills back. I tested the Gold Reset and as it states it really costs 0 Gold ( unexpectedly o.o ), I had 0 Gold and only a few Coupons and none of them were taken.

Number 3 : Mod Soul's Research Academy

Here there are 6 sub tabs : Follow 
/ Synthesize 
/ Upgrade 
/ Reset / Inherit / Store 
In the "Synthesize" tab you can Synthesize Mod Souls with the Character fragments you get from Instances or Daily Tasks. The amount of fragments needed vary from Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Mod Souls ( 20/40/?). Those Synthesized Mod Souls ( from now on Syn Mod) can be given to specific characters, meaning your Main/Vanguard/Support/Assaulter, in the "Follow" tab, but they won't float around you . They can also be upgraded in the "Upgrade" tab but for that the Syn Mod need to be Level 30 and you need a certain amount of fragments of the Syn Mod you want to upgrade. The Syn Mod get their levels in the Mod Soul Training Camp, the 4. and last Mod Soul Feature which I will come to now.
On Page 6 ( Post #52 ) there is a post about the Upgrade function for the Syn Mod's by nieverland . Thanks for that 
He/She was also so nice to make an explanation on the Inherit function on Page 8 ( Post #71 ) so if you want to know about the function please look it up.
Number 4 : Mod Soul's Training Camp

This is the feature where your Syn Mods can gain Exp.
You choose the Syn Mods ( up to 3 ) which you want to gain Exp and then choose the method. IIRC you can choose between : Begginer ( VIP 0 ), Advanced ( VIP 4 ) and Ultimate( VIP 6 ) Cultivation. If you spend Gold ( maybe even Coupons ) your Syn Mod can gain even more Exp, up to 180%. This Training Camp lasts 12 Hours but for 120 Coupons you can speed it up.
In the "Store" Tab of the Mod Soul's Research Academy you can look up how much Exp your Syn Mod has and how much it needs for a level up. As you can see in the Picture of the "Store" Tab my Aaroniero needs 12k Exp to get to level 2, meaning it will take quite a while till level 30. < Never mind that, after 12 hours training my Intermediate Syn Mod got to Level 14 and my Beginning Syn Mod's got to Level 25, so it won't take as long as expected. To get the Levels you need to click on the Training Camp again and claim to Exp!
It looks like you get 21,6k Exp Points for 12 Hours ( 1 Exp every 2 Seconds ) .
By the way : The Syn Mods don't get transferred through Exchange All
There are also some Visual bugs in the System. For example : In the top left corner the number of Syn Mods you are currently owning go to 0. Or when you go to the Synthesize/Upgrade Tab there are suddenly 2 ( or more ) Syn Mods than you own. Those are only Visual bugs so if you switch the tab it will turn back.
And for those that were wondering why they don't get their Giftpacks ( located over the return button in the bottom right corner) :

To get them you need to be Level 30/55/70/80/90/100. You also need to hit the "Interaction Fountain"( in the description this is the "second Mod Soul" ) 0/2/2/3/3/5 times. Though I don't know why it is called "Second Mod Soul" in the description of the Giftpacks.
[attach]4589[/attach]If we take the Lvl 100 Giftpack as example 
: You need to be Level 100, you need to hit the "Interaction Fountain" 5 times and your Mod Soul(Pet) needs to be level 3,that (most likely) means that you need to get a Tier 3/Row 3 Pet. ( Thanks to 595459354 for pointing that out/ for that theory ^^ )
English is not my first language, but I hope this guide is understandable nonetheless. If you find mistakes please mention them so I can fix it.
I probably didn't forgot some things but I still hope this guide answers most of your questions regarding the Mod Soul's , if you still have questions feel free to ask and I will try to answer them.
There are also probably a few things that are not entirely correct regarding the Mod Souls, but I will try to correct them over time as I learn more about the System.

synt to get aaron it will have bright colour then u can syn it, if black colour its mean cant syn it not enough material.

So you already synthesized Aaroniero? If yes you can now go on the "Follow" Tab, choose the character whom you want to give Aaroniero, click on Intermediate in the bottom half of the tab and then click on Aaroniere. Then he is equipped.
To upgrade them your Aaroniero needs to be Level 30 and for that you have to go to the Training Camp ( Number 4 in my Guide). There you get the necessary Exp. But it will take quite some time to get to Level 30.

Your Stats get a small boost. For example my Stats : [attach]4593[/attach]Because of Aaroniero I get + 40 Physical Attack/Kido Attack/ Speed, +32 Physical Def, +38 Kido Def and +265 Stamina.

once you reach lvl 10 on main mod u can get lvl 2, thats where u get the other packs. dont talk random crap

well the best way is the same for all the players actually and its the Kon at the top mid dunno his name in gogames version but he is the strongest and have the high and the best balance at stats of all, so for ghost blade IMO Kon-pachi is the easy way to go Sakata Kontoki the mid and the Kon in the Middle the best but the most dificult to get, based in best Kido def that is better for ghost blade users

worked for me.
Got 2 intermediates at lvl 15 and an Advanced at lvl 11 from the first 12 hrs there. Not tried the inherit systems etc out and cant say I plan to yet until i got something i dont mind risking the loss off

I leveled up type II mod soul, whereas I wanted to level up type I. Is it possible to inherit the level of one to the other? Also, what does "reset skillpoints" do? Thanks!

Hmm now it worked for me for a guy who finished his training like 3 in the morning and I checked him now... There was a button which gave you the xp you earned. You probably need to wait for a bit or refresh i dont know. It is probably the same as it was with the flip cards... It showed me that I can already flip for free but actually it took 100g for me..So I needed to wait for some time and ideally combine it with refresh.

Havent tried the pet function here but is pretty simple just click on the pet you wanna upgrade an show you how many frags need, i gonna explain with CN SS because as most of forum member knows i dont play in gogames atm i only use forum i hope this can help you
1st of all upgrade dont change much only increase the lv cap of the char that allow you to get more lv = more stats, only that

so as i know the first upgrade cost the same as the pet, so first tab cost 20 frags pesche, menos and dodonchaka, 2nd tab 40 frags yamy, the black yami (dunno his name) and aroniero, so the 3rd (this is only an guess) must cost 60 frags only Shinji is there, all are to increase the lv cap from lv30 to lv50

the 2nd upgrade is to increase the cap from lv50 to lv80, this one cost 40 frags for first tab pets and 100 frags for 2nd tab pets dunno about Shinji

these kons are called main mod soul
while pesche, hirako, etc that are synthesized using frags called as second mod soul
i wanna ask:
1. if we stop the training before time, can we get back some exps? (i start training for few seconds and it says 7 exp, but when i try to cancel the training, it doesn't seem like i got these 7 exp)
2. about reset skill point, is it 0 gold only for 1 try or not? is it like transferring exps from one kon to another?
3. do we really cannot increase the amount of pets that can be trained at those 12 hrs? because main team is 5 and it doesn't seem right if only 3 can be leveled up (sure we can take turn to level them up, but not very effective)
4. do we have other pets at higher lv (beside dondochakka, menos, pesche, yammi, aaruniero, zommari and shinji)?

1. If you stop the Training you cancel it, meaning you won't get Exp back. So you have to finish your Training to get the Exp
2. I used Gold Reset 2 times and it still costs 0 Gold/Coupon. You could say its transferring Exp, because you get Mod Soul Pills back if you Reset Skillpoints. You can use those on another Kon if you want.
3. Doesn't seem like we can, but the arrows in the window might indicate something planned for the future ?
Seems like we have to either focus on 3 Syn Mod's or switch around all the time ^^.
4. Same as 3. there might be more planned for the future but I don't really know ^^.
And thanks to nieverland for the Update on the Upgrade function.
I just upgraded my Pesche and it doesn't seem like much changed except the fact that I can Upgrade him at Level 50 again, though it seems that he did get a small Stat Boost.

If you mean the Synthesized Mod Souls ( Pesche, Aaroniereo etc. ) then the answer is no, but it's not like upgrading them is expensive.

About the training, when u cancel one unfinished training, the exp will be given to the next syn mod soul that will take the spot and also the same timing will remain. ofc you need to finish the training to claim the exp.

No, to reset the first mod you need to reset every other pet first.

nop the upgade is only an increase of lv cap w/o the upgrade you cant even train them(gain exp) once they reach the cap

everytime you upgrade them the cap increase so yeh high lv = high stats pretty much that, the high i can go because i quit also at CN servs its the 2nd upgrade my high lv pet is an pessche lv57 but the 3rd upgade is at lv80 so i guess the high lv that chibis can go must be around lv100 maybe more
but IMO the Shinjis chibis must be the ones you must have if you can

sure you can allways lv up other chibi and inherit the exp once you get Shinji, anyway Shinji must be the hardest to lv up

so you can inherit the exp from 1 or more chibis to another chibi, taking care because the tank have an cap i guess you can increase the cap with gold i guess, anyway if you wanna inherit the exp of some chibis to 1 do it 1 by 1 ofc you gonna lose some exp doing this but isnt high and saves time

About canceling the training, I said here before that the exp you had on a canceled training will go to the next syn mod soul that will take that place, well it seems not true after double checking it's just a bug or something, when I came back later I found that the training was delayed and the exp too was low...

Is your Menos maybe already at Level 30? If yes you need to Upgrade him first to further train him.

Not 100% sure exactly, like 20-40. I can say first upgrade when they reach level 30 is 40 Fragments and some silver for the mid tier type.

yep isnt the 100% of the exp you get for reset the other char but must be around 80-90% wich is nice IMO and btw the lv cap of the chibis is lv120 as i know

additional info: if a synth pet (shinji, etc) have reached cap, you can't inherit the exp, looks like you have to upgrade him first to be able to do so
