She boosts you 50% atk and heals incredibly. Pushes tavern Unohana infinitely away.

and while she would for be wonderful and I would drop my TSI for her 100%... chaos on Muken is a bitch and EU would fix that... with a fully modded Oetsu (which he would be) would push my Rajin up past 2M speed, which might just be a push that would help me win RGN vs Elysian... his support line makes it tough to deal with his Muken, lol some chaos on hasch would possibly be enough to deal with him... If I can even win RGN vs him I can clear another row in CSB most days... 3 full lines of clear would boost me quite nicely

Hasch is immune to chaos though? (It's his 1st mod)
I can't say that you will be able to defeat Elysian no matter what partners you get xD
I'm pretty sure you lack the oomph more than anything else

the freeze from his Toshi is a bitch to deal with for sure...  if not for his supports I could for sure take his muken...  but that's not a realistic statement, lol

I'll get him for sure...  I'm growing much faster than he is!!

in fact, I'm growing faster than most in my CSB range from what I can see  XD

Hasch's shield eh . . . if you're faster than his hasch you don't do shit
If you're slower you should be able to win? Coz chaosing his muken should be relatively possible.
He kills the vanguard and himself. Meanwhile your team should survive but apparently it can't.
Is his Toshiro the fastest? or 2nd fastest?

I want to say his toshi is faster, and I outspeed his Hasch... but between the freeze and the shield, I haven't found a good method... and he even wins when he wears Zangetsu... but yeah, usually he wears RJ

That list doesn't include any orange support... Only worn out red supports... So i think this is simply a vote for july ubp ignoring the few partners who are put to just confuse... Lol just saying

UBP should be off for 1 year (again), so ppl will finally start playing instead of just collecting partners without even raising theirs evos (saving for the next ubp)
UBP 2019 will prolly include RJ anyway... so don't bother before that time and just do Evos and SA

that being said, yeah, having DRukia and Noble or even any 0 Div in the same list is so funny

Elysian is no joke.... hes on my server ..pretty OP ...he might stop playing for a year and i still will not pass bwhhahah

yes i agree, but Noble isane stats are also very impressive.... and lets not forget she has nice ehh attributes ( 2 of them lolzzz)..lolzz

I have oetsu and i think hes is becoming useless in terms of mutilate if you have RJ and the fact that most of the partners now are immune to mutilate. the only reason i still use him is because of 6th modify

Isane Kotetsu is better than Noble Isane
