Thunder set is really cheap in discount frenzy, can it be used in shuntara shop?

No it cannot be and is frankly worthless now days.

The sets you can upgrade are:
lvl 100:Cyclone
lvl 110:Inferno
lvl 120:Dark Emperor
lvl 130:God Slayer
lvl 140:Pudo

these are the only sets that can be upgraded.

The sets themselves are all same with Stats,Upgrade cost and other stuff.

The only real Difference is with the asacuchi you gain the first time you convert 1 piece to Aquaria.

just for info as complement of what solknight said for example :

lvl100 cyclone set asaushi rebate is 5*8pieces = 40 asaushi

lvl130 inferno is 250*8 pieaces = 2000 asaushi

both transform to aquiaria lvl60

ofc the rest also; one piece of lvl120 gives 125 asauchi if i recall;

lvl140 never tired though but proba more than the lvl130 rebate
