guys Is noble isane the fastest support??? since she will be next UBP wanna know if she is faster than hiki....

She is not the fastest support in the game, but Isane is a little faster than Hiki.
Isane has a higher natural Agi,
Higher Base Agi,
High Agi Growth Rate
and a Speed bond. She has a 15% speed mod, whereas Hiki has 20%, but Isane has a lot other speed things going for her.

It depends on what you want and have. Nemu is better if you don't have your assaulters T1 already, since she gives fury with her skill. She will also give a total of 50% damage rate to assaulters with skill and halo combined plus she will chaos assaulters with skill and deduct fury from enemy supporters with skill and chaos supporters with death mod.

Noble Isane is better if your assaulters are already T1 since she give 70% damage rate and combo plus she has a defense halo. She is great for improving Void Region damage.

dont forget the combo rate isane gives also; if u playing with 3 assault line she's far more interesting imo

i dont have a second nuker along with muken... but i stacked muken like hell that i can kill ryoka till the event ends.. so if i get her it will be for the sole purpose of getting him hit harder and as many times as possible

ah; well in that case it seems a bit tricky indeed, since nemu gives also some dmg buff, can't say more about nemu, but noble isane i do test her frist hand during ryoka or specially ES since ryoka i'm all alone doing it n never reach any limit.

all i can say about isane is she gives me a 30% dmg bonus in es with the same team, however i dont have shy nemu to compare, but u did mention ur muken has to hit hard as much as it can so that combo with ur main can be something imo

idk shy nemu lets say she gives a 50% dmg bonus to muken to hit once, while isane gives a 30% bonus to muken with 50% combo meaning 1/2 times he'll hit twice i guess

hahahahahhaa, tbh i dont remmber the numbers but i do encourage anyone to take her

she's op even mre now, even nerfed by my memory she was op so here u go, even more reason to take her

What about the exclusive skill of isane? That 100% shield does she give shield or just increase rate IF shield is in effect from Hashwalth/Ywach/retsu partner?

Just cast a shield with a growth of 100%

That's the purpose of the shield, it cancels and protects from all kind of CC except the buffs/DoTs. There is no shield that doesn't cancel the effects.
Though the shield is commonly used for avoiding the CC, the assaulter's shield gives quite some extra HP due to the growth rate that is in function of the partner's final P.ATK.
