Maybe his normal skill ,cuz silence will counter Muken. But that's fine. But his exc skill is okay too, we got God Hasc and pleb kokuto,their Sheild will protect.

If the 7th mod bothers you so much, just hardstack a vanguard or bring a kamikaze partner with the 100 fury recover on deathmod, ez counter.

The difference with Tsukishitter is that he will fury reduce people who were promised to always be protected from fury reduction. That's why people are butthurt.

and Kokuto isn't free, if you and your opponent both have Tsuki, then the victory will belong to the team that own HVI (faster)

just tell dev how broken the worker made him. and that the players do not want him or quit.

the boss dont want them to put any time into bleach any more because he thinks game is to "old" so theres no real testing of partners anymore before release.
they all working either on fairy tail, hunterxhunter and hero game atm.
only good change they made was my bankai power request and pvp shop.
