So the title gives it all... which one of this DEF mode is the best and when is it effective?

For Ex: Kukaku gives 100% kido DEF,Hasch gives 50% simply DEF

50% DEF.
The supporters barely do some damage so you can live without the 100% K.DEF, you need it only if you have a problem against a support nuker like a stacked Senju with Katen otherwise keep the 50% DEF for everything.

when it just says def it usually means both physical and wisdom def

i have a stacked muken .... does kukaku help me if i am facing another muken in kido def?...coz any skill is considered kido...right?
