GoGames support team were notified about the bug casuing around US and majority of EU servers, they are willing to compensate of what you lost.

Yes, give as detail information as you can, then you MIGHT get that amount of compensation back, only if they can find proof (which I dont think they can, for so many season back.) If you have proof yourself, that would be helpful.

Yeah thats hard, well actually impossible since we cant get proof of current season lol

oh btw got the mail today, everyone did. But it would have been nice if we got Challenge stones like it was supposed to as a reward of CSB.
rank 18 would have gotten me 55 or 67 challenge stones i think. And i was so close to 2K stones. well no matter happy if they fixed it this season.

I know it's not your fault, but why say for people to send an email to devs when even those who didn't send an email got same compensation? My pilot account which I didn't mention got same compensation (rank 13) as my main account (rank 1) which sent an email. Again, it's not your fault, devs are just weird, but it's a little confusing.

On a side note, thanks for all your efforts in helping this game. The devs just annoy me.

i opened today the box from the csb compensation, the pink hollow hogyoku fragments, but it looks like they are non existent in the hogyoku panel. like there is nothing, like 100 fragments went like 0. I've been watching this problem for one month recently but today i manage to test it. Can you help me with this bug?

Generally when is the ryokas and es in US timings or gmt timings

generally ES is around 12:00pm mountain US time and ryoka is around 7:15pm mountain US time.
