I didn't receive ToT reward, it finished 3 days ago. I e-mail support and didn't get a response. However, last time when I emailed them didn't get an answer either.

e-mail the support team and got my reward in the end, just so I know after what approximatively time do we receive ToT rewards?

You get the rewards when ToT resets. However, I have experienced myself some times where the bottom-tier ToT bugs out and doesn't give a prize at all.

finished 5-8 earlier, now i'm 3-4 place so maybe no need another e-mail to support, it isn't much the ranking reward, but idk if I earned it is mine.. xD However, I've received in about 1 day from my e-mail so, it's all good now xD
