What's the best counter for a fury deducter on the enemy's team that hits first?

I have Hiki and am working on her speed, but I've noticed that some opponents I've come up against have what I'm calling super fury, ie. fury that starts at about 135 so that even when they get hit with my Hiki's fury reduction they still have enough fury to skill.

So what's the better option, continuing trying to get my Hiki's speed up (it takes time) and use the fury stones to T1 another partner or just give her super fury (I have no idea how to do this by the way, but I have 92 fury stones to work with)

Super fury-ing your Hiki ? Hell no, the only way is to unlock one her mod that has a chance to recover a bunch of fury when being hit but you need to be slow and it's RNG, unreliable, go for the speed and reduces the opponent's fury instead.
Don't forget to have better accesorries to maximize her fury reduction and resistance

She's got riot accessories so she's all set there, don't really want to use her death mod :/
I'm just getting blocked consistently in CSB because she's not as fast as she needs to be, that's why I considered the super fury to get around it (I usually get hit with another faster hiki or shinso from opponents)

You can always get Senju, she is immune to fury deduction and increase your support combo rate, even if your hiki got her fury deducted, she can go twice at a 50% rate to beat your enemy.

If your only concern is the fury deduct, you may use tavern urahara death mod to recover 100 fury

There are hikis in my CSB but all are slower to my Shy Nemu, sometime, they get their fury back through the mod after Shy's skill and kinda fuck me up.

Well speed but neither option is feasible in the long run. Either increase her deduction rate thru accessories from CSB shop lvl 130 ones or give her all the speed stones that you are using on either main or vanguard.

Or use a partner with hiki who has a mod of deducting opponents fury when attacked. That will give you the most benefit.

ah ok I haven't got that mod yet, she's only on 5th mod now. I can inherit kisuke though and get her there. If they crit isn't the fury deduct 34 or something like that?

Trying to "super fury" naturally takes way too many resources so automatically the speed option is the best you got
unless you can "super fury" ofc then go ahead, but it is not the best option, especially for a partner like Hiki

Now ofc speed isn't the only way to deal with the situation, you could always try to tank the enemy out with defence or use death mods as others have said already

notably the partner that can help you directly are those like Senju (immune + regens fury), Kokuto (reduces enemy fury)
indirectly partners can help you by reducing enemies speed, or increasing your speed etc. see what you can work with there

Hiki has alot of speed so working on that, as slow as you said you might be with it or how long it will take, her potential speed is high and easy to boost up

At the moment best one which gives 100% is kokuto and others have skill as hiki does. But most partner has immune fury deduction so i dont think the way you are going is good but if you really want it save those inferno and go for tutski.
Also yes sometimes those crits deduct 35 fury but that is too rare same as that last mod giving 30 fury to hiki.
So the good option for you is to use the death mod of shy nemu to chaos those supporters.
Btw i know know you have kisuke and hiki dont know your other partners.

No longer have kisuke, replaced him with T1 shinso a while back but he's not as fast as hiki so I had to T1 her as well. Have ywach (I know he clenas out fury randomly but I need to work on his speed too) and TSI non T1 (unless kukaku comes in UBP then will probably get her)

Tsukishima is coming into the game.
As you can already know, his last modify, cuts your fury in half. So if you really want to secure your T1, you gotta go for something like 200 fury and that's stupid, but this is what the game is turning into sadly

dude where have you been ? tsukishima was added for awhile now.. he's in csb inferno tavern

Even tho he was added to the game, there's barely anyone who got him.
It will take a while for most people to get him and real hell to begin in this game.
