I'm just comparing you have speed bp - boost which is 1:1 for bp and doesn't do much...

Congrats! I want to get 2 mils but with no speed boost...

how can you get a lot of block rate with tsi? i tried putting on a lot of block stones but only achieves 97.8%

The perfect block in my idea (for my build) should be around 160%. I'll have to max those to 12% plus i have 6% more from evo to claim.
I have like 24 or so levels to exclusive skill when the things will be noice...
