I have a bug on Protect Seireitei. After I defeat the guys defending and try to attack Jidanbou i get a middle screen notify "No Permission"
Asked supp team about it and I got this explanation:

the Protect Seireitei, you need to register in the guild first and get the 1st in the guild battle, become the castellan. As the castellan, you have permission to hit other guilds.

So, basically, only 1st place in GW can attack Jidanbo? This is obviously a lie, because before merge I holded the buff from PS and people that ended 2-3-4 place and so on could attack Jidanbo.

Is 1 month after merge and this guys have buff from day 1 after merge and I can't get the buff from Protect Seireitei because after I defeat those guys I get this "No permission" and ofc, I'm not a castellan.

Question of the day, given the conditions stated before: Defeat Jidanbo and conquer the blessings of Bikini Yama.( I mean that buff)

This problem is not under priority list, hence investigation will be delayed.

I am not sure about what happened there, as from my server it was totally normal.

in my server im having also problem with this event. After entering the gate the reload page stays to 0% and i have to refresh the game. I tried to clear cache or see any other problem on my side but i believe this is a bug. My server number is EU s8, and this problem has been going for months 2-3 i guess.

2020 and we still have the same problem on EU S224 like you described...
