So here's my question. Today i've do all the void event from start to end, claim the chest at the beginning of the reward line, and we manage to get the void team life under 60%, but i don't see where i can get the reward like ex fragment in the 2 first chest.. Can someone explain me ?

To get those chests, you need to be the one to cause the damage that lowers the VR total hp below those marks. If you make it go from 60.1% down to 59.9%, then you would get the 100 exclusive fragments.
