If you are using chrome you might try using Internet explorer to see if that works. Since Chrome disabled automatic running of flash sometimes there are some issues but internet explorer still auto runs flash. If that doesn't work you might check and see if your computer has any updates to install as sometimes an un-updated system makes apps run a little wacky
