What is more worth it? Getting either dmg rate or %phy attack bond maxed out, then max out the 2nd one? Or split my bond frags to upgrade both at the same time?Thank you for your time

Get P.ATK first to lv.20 (or any level when you feel it costs too much frag), the DMG one is just meh not worth maxing, even worse if you don't have a DMG buffer behind like Tensa or Noble or Shy Nemu.
If you are a Yhwach lover, you can always get Hikifune from UBP and unlock his second P.ATK bond.

I actually have Tensa and I am in process of getting hiki from UBP.
